I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

"Where can I find my download?"

◦If you log into your Etsy account it should be in your purchases. Most of the time you need to be on a computer not a phone. You should have an emailed receipt with a link for the download as well. Please let us know if those don't work for you.

"I only received one of my items. Will they ship separately?"

◦We use an outside printer for our physical items. Sometimes they do ship separately, so you may receive multiple packages. If you would like us to send you tracking numbers for all of your items please reach out and we would be happy to do so.

Made to Order (just for you)

◦We love being able to provide beautiful Catholic items to the world. To be able to do that with a large growing family, we use an outside printer. We are not able to keep inventory in our home at this time.

◦Once your order is placed it goes directly to our printer for production. Once sent to production we can not change or cancel the order, as this item was made just for you.

◦Because of this we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations for variations in color or size, or if you change your mind on the order. Please make sure to see the size chart in the photos listed. If you have any issues with the item you have received please reach out to us, so we can help.

Refunds/Returns

◦Because of the made to order nature of our products (see FAQ above), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations for variations in color or size, or if you change your mind on the order. Please make sure to see the size chart in the photos listed.

◦Refunds can only be given to customers that have received the wrong item, size, or damaged items. If any of those apply, please message us with photos of wrong or damaged items, and whether you'd like a replacement or refund, and we'd be happy to figure that out for you. Mistakes happen, so thank you so much for your understanding!

Custom and personalized orders

◦We are not taking custom orders or alterations at this time, but we would be happy to take suggestions! If you see a design in the shop that you would like on another type of product (i.e. you want a shirt design on a sweatshirt, bag, etc.), we would be happy to look into that for you!
